PERALTA REGIONAL PARK CAMPGROUND

Things I liked:

CLEAN bathrooms!

Great for stargazing.

Bighorn sheep walked right through our camp!

It’s quiet! The gates close at night, so there is no traffic coming/going.

Friendly camp hosts.

Gorgeous views.

Awesome hiking trails.

Things I disliked:

Some of the spots are pretty close together.

No shade, so it gets HOT. Yes, even in the winter months.

Additional info:

All camping directly off Peralta Road has been closed!
